Contact form: name, email address, contact details and message, solely to handle your request. Technical data: server logs, generated automatically, to secure and maintain the site. No sensitive data is requested.
Legal bases
Processing of messages rests on your consent and on our legitimate interest in answering requests addressed to us. Technical data rests on our legitimate interest in securing the service.
Recipients
Your information is neither sold nor shared. Two providers are involved: Resend, to deliver emails from the form, and WINHEBERG, for hosting, on servers located in France.
Retention
Form data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request, then deleted within three years of the last contact at the latest.
Cookies
The site uses only technical cookies strictly necessary to its operation. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics.
Your rights
You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, which you may exercise at contact@gleamflow.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Security
Appropriate technical and organisational measures protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
